Andalucia Day 8 Baeza and Úbeda
We spend the morning strolling around Baeza and like it more and more. Definitely a slow destination, hardly any tourists this time of year, the narrow streets are calm and peaceful.
We walk along the old walls with views of olive trees (!) and as far as Plaza de Toros which is both open and free with a museum about the Corrida.
After lunch back at the flat we take the local bus to Úbeda. It costs just €2.32 per person return. Úbeda is another Renaissance town,
with, in particular, a beautifully conserved square called Plaza Vazquez de Molina. More tourists though, and somehow hotter and less relaxing.
