Off the beaten track in Andalucia - Malaga
Our last day is dedicated to visiting Malaga, a city we have already visited twice, in March 2018 and in November 2019 We park right in the centre in a multistorey carpark whose tight corners and narrow parking spaces are easily dealt with by the Fiat 500. After that, our first stop is Muelle Uno, because it's so nice, there are clean and free public toilets and, of course, AleHop. I buy a dark pink hat and blue light reading glasses which I'm wearing as I write this. I bought my last pair from AleHop in Granada and they lasted for almost 5 years of intense use.
With that sorted we walk through the gardens, around by the cathedral and the castle, stop by at the charity shop where we bought something all those years ago (and manage to buy something again - a shirt for Andrea and a cheerful red top for me). Malaga is packed with people, I'm not sure if because of the Cinema festival which does occupy space in the main squares.
Thus fortified we get the car, top up with petrol and deliver it to malagacar.com, which is very quick. We arrive at the airport early, whizz through a queueless security, the flight is on time and we're soon home.
